MM Lab Research Assistant - Psychology


The Media & Migration (MM) Lab is accepting applications for undergraduate research assistants to begin in either summer 2022 or fall 2022. Research in the lab focuses on media effects among consumers. The lab is currently working on a project related to social media, news reporting, and misinformation.

Qualifications include:
*Undergraduate psychology major
*Have a GPA of 3.5 or higher at time of application.
*Commit to working in the lab for a minimum of three hours a week for summer 2022 (fall 2022 time commitment varies)
*Commit to solely working in the MM Lab
*Have taken statistical methods of psychology with a final grade of A.
*Have taken research methods with a final grade of A.
*Submit a writing sample, such as a literature review or research report from a course. Writing samples should be emailed to chrysalis.wright@ucf.edu.
*Plan on pursuing a graduate degree in Psychology or related field.

A writing sample is required of all applicants. The writing sample can be a literature review, research report, or other academic writing assignment from one of your psychology courses.
