Our goal is to utilize our knowledge and expertise in micro\/nofabrication technologies and apply these techniques for the advancement of human health and persolized medicine. We develop non-traditiol (Polymer, Metal, Paper, Biomaterials etc.) micro\/nofabrication methods and platform technologies as well silicon and glass based traditiol technologies.
