General FAQ

PeerKnights Coaching sessions are ~45 minutes long. During your initial coaching session, depending on the type of coach you choose, you most likely will come up with some short-term goals to help you accomplish your long-term goals. After your initial coaching session, you can schedule a follow-up appointment with your coach to check back in and update them on the progress you made towards accomplishing your goals. We recommend meeting with a coach several times over one or two semesters.
