· Florida Atlantic University – M.Ed in Educational Leadership with a Concentration in Higher Education Leadership

· Florida Atlantic University – B.A. in English Education

Jessica Johnson currently serves as the Coordinator for the Academic Coaching and Engagement (ACE) Program and the Access Program. She also coordinates outreach like tabling and academic success workshops for the Student Academic Resource Center (SARC).

Before coming to UCF, Jessica worked as a Graduate Assistant for Supplemental Instruction (SI) and Non-Science Tutors for the Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS) Office at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). She also worked as a Peer Academic Coach with college freshmen and completed various teaching internships at secondary schools.

When Jessica is not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing video games, playing guitar, attending concerts, reading, writing, and working out.
