A multi-stakeholder initiative to develop and enhance an educational ecosystem in Orlando's Parramore neighborhood, home to UCF Downtown.

Throughout the academic year, these Fellows form a community of scholars who support one another’s work, examining UCF student performance at the course, program, college, or university level. Our goal is to leverage UCF data and faculty expertise to identify opportunities for improving student success.

Our goal is to center the student at the core of every design process.

Together with our UIA partners across the country, UCF is engaged in a four-year, $8.9 million Department of Education First in the World grant to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative advising practices on increasing retention, progression, and graduation rates for low-income and first-generation students.

From 2018-2020, seven participating UIA campuses will map and reimagine career services on their campuses to ensure diverse student and workforce needs are met.

Since fall 2017, this initiative has provided support for approximately 150 students per semester, helping them reach the finish line and earn a UCF degree.

Our 3-year Frontier Set grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation helps UCF fuel institutional transformation and pilot innovative ideas - such as the Predictive Analytics Faculty Innovation Fellows.
