Pre-Health and Pre-Law Advising
8/10/20 – 8/28/20:
TCH 205 will be staffed by PHPL, AAP, and OUR from Aug. 10-28 daily from 8:30-12:30. Two staff members (a front desk staff member and a coordinator/advisor) will be in the office each day.
Specifically for the first week of classes (8/24-8/28), an advisor from PHPL Advising will be in the office each day in order to meet the requirement of having an advisor in the office each day of the first week of classes.
8/31/20 – End of the Fall:
TCH 205 will be staffed by PHPL Advising. PHPL will have two staff members (a front desk staff member and an advisor) in the office each Friday from 8:30-12:30.

NOTE: Suite capacity: Four (4)
Determined through a Space Utilization Assessment, a maximum of four individuals can be in TCH 133 at any time to adhere to the social distancing guidelines outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) COVID-19.

AAP: All general incoming calls are covered by the iACE front desk. Hours of operation are 8:30am-5pm.
Everything for AAP will take place online.

Fall 2020 Programs & Services:
• Academic Coaching and Online Instructional Peer Coaching will available online via Zoom beginning the first week of classes.
• Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction (SI) will be offered online via Zoom beginning the second week of classes. Limited in-person tutoring and SI will be offered by appointment only. Schedules will be posted online when finalized.
University Testing Center
The testing center will be open for in-person testing by appointment only. Testing that is currently remote will continue remotely. The virtual front desk will remain the primary point of contact.
