You should contact your airline to discuss their policy.
If you paid for your trip using your Pcard and the airline will issue a refund, it will be credited to your Pcard. If the airline is issuing a credit for a future trip, you must use the funds for another UCF trip.
If you paid for your airfare using your credit card, you need to work directly with the airline.
