Visits from Graduate Programs

Every semester AAP invites graduate school representatives from across the country to meet with UCF undergraduate students.

We have multiple events for you to connect with graduate school representatives. We ask that you RSVP 24hrs in advance to receive sign-on information.

The sessions will include:

  • Information about the school and program(s) represented

  • Quick tips on submitting a graduate school application

  • Ends with questions from the audience

Welcome Wednesdays. UCF invites graduate schools to present virtually
Welcome Wednesdays
are online events where students can interact with representatives from various graduate schools. Attendees can ask questions, participate in informational sessions, and learn about different academic programs.  The advantage of virtual events is that students can attend from any location, eliminating the need for travel.

Grad School Visits
are in-person information sessions held on UCF Main Campus and provide an opportunity for students to meet with representatives from graduate schools in person, learn about the application process, funding options, and build meaningful connections.
Virtual and in-person events offer essential information and opportunities to network with graduate schools. The choice between attending a virtual or in-person event depends on personal preferences and circumstances such as location and time availability.

If UCF students need captioning access or other accommodation in order to participate in any AAP virtual event, please contact  (aap@ucf.edu). At least 48 hours’ notice best assures that we can coordinate necessary access.
