Rescheduling, Missed Appointments, Cancelations, and Refunds


Rescheduling an appointment

  • Information about test rescheduling varies by exam and can be found on the web pages for each specific exam.
  • For exams scheduled directly through an exam sponsor such as ETS, Pearson VUE, Kryterion, PROV, or Meazure, test-takers should contact that exam sponsor regarding these policies.

Missed Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • All testing costs paid directly to the University Testing Center (UTC) are non-refundable and non-transferable to another test date or test-taker.
  • Payments made via RegisterBlast include a $3.50 convenience fee for online payments.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will require full repayment of the test cost to schedule a new appointment. This includes cancellations or arrivals more than 15 minutes late.
  • Test-takers who arrive more than 15 minutes late or arrive unable to test due to missing the necessary ID or documentation for their test will be marked as no-shows and forfeit all testing costs.
