Rescheduling an appointment

Information about test rescheduling varies by exam and can be found on the web pages for each specific exam.
For exams scheduled directly through an exam sponsor such as ETS, Pearson VUE, Kryterion, PROV, or Meazure, test-takers should contact that exam sponsor regarding these policies.

All testing costs paid directly to the University Testing Center (UTC) are non-refundable and non-transferable to another test date or test-taker.
Payments made via RegisterBlast include a $3.50 convenience fee for online payments.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will require full repayment of the test cost to schedule a new appointment. This includes cancellations or arrivals more than 15 minutes late.
Test-takers who arrive more than 15 minutes late or arrive unable to test due to missing the necessary ID or documentation for their test will be marked as no-shows and forfeit all testing costs.
