The National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE) Now Available! Posted Thursday, September 6, 2018 @ 1:01 PM Starting in Spring 2018, UTC will begin administering the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE) to UCF students and the community. UTC will be administering the exam on Friday, April 20, 2018 and Friday, October 19, 2018.
