I am thrilled to be joining UCF as an Academic Advocate!
As an Undergraduate student, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Recreation, Tourism, and Events at Florida State University. My professional career began at Walt Disney World where I worked to support the Cast and daily operation of several attractions in Park Operations. A few years later, I returned to FSU and became an Academic Advisor with the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship. I worked with students in three majors to plan their schedules, get involved, and get connected with resources on campus that would foster personal, academic, and professional growth. Following my time at FSU, I worked at Pearson as an Academic Advisor building high-impact transfer plans for students in a variety of different life stages looking to return to school.
Joining the Academic Advocacy Team at UCF allows me to continue to pursue my passion of supporting and connecting students with the resources they need to overcome barriers and find success in their academic journey, I look forward to working with you!
