I graduated from Bethune-Cookman University with a B.A. in Social Science Education and a minor in History. I later earned my master’s degree in history from Southern New Hampshire University. My professional experience includes serving as Director of Education for a non-profit organization, Orientation Coordinator and Academic Advisor at Valencia College, and adjunct professor.

The motto I live by is, “Enter to Learn and Depart to Serve.” I am deeply passionate about helping and mentoring students to achieve their fullest potential. I’m truly excited to join the Academic Advocacy team to help remove barriers that may hinder student success. Every student has the potential to reach their goals—not by one set path, but with the right guidance along the way.
