Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society
Phi Eta Sigma is a national honors society available for first year students who achieve a 3.50 or higher GPA in either their fall or spring semester of their first year. Phi Eta Sigma is a Registered Student Organization and invitations are sent out at the completion of both fall and spring semesters. Induction ceremonies generally take place each semester, and students are members for life.
Tau Sigma Honors Society- Zeta Chapter
Tau Sigma is a nationally recognized transfer student honors society. UCF’s Zeta Chapter is the largest chapter membership in the country. Membership into Tau Sigma is based on transfer student’s academic performance in their first full-time semester at the University. Transfer students are eligible for membership with a minimum of a 3.50 or higher GPA. This Fall, nearly 1,500 first-year transfer students will be invited for membership into Tau Sigma with virtual inductions scheduled to take place on October 12th, 2020.
