ServiceNow Ticket

UCF employees may submit a ServiceNow Ticket for the following myKnight STAR platform concerns or requests:

  • Reporting technical or system errors
  • Provisioning or removing user access in myKnight STAR (must be submitted by the user’s manager/supervisor)
  • Requesting set-up/configuration changes for your MKS Location (must be submitted by the Location Admin/ Manager roles for that office/location)
