This event is held in the fall and spring and is open to all majors interested in a wide variety of internships with businesses, non-profit, and government agencies.

Registration Information

Registration Fees:

Virtual Fair

  • Standard Registration Fee: $650.00 
  • Non-Profit/Government Fee: $500 
  • Small Business, Small Non-Profit & UCF Department Fee: $110

In-Person Fair

  • Standard Registration Fee: $692.25 ($650.00 plus 6.5% Tax – $42.25) 
  • Non-Profit/Government Fee: $500 
  • Small Non-Profit & UCF Department Fee: $110 
  • Small Business Registration Fee: $117 ($110.00 plus 6.5% Tax – $7.15) 
  • Electrical Access: $25, plus tax (you must supply the extension cord) 

Organizations that register after January 7, 2022, will be charged an additional $50 

Key Dates and Deadlines:

  • Registration Deadline: January 14, 2022 
  • Payment Deadline: January 7, 2022 
  • Refund Request Deadline: January 7, 2022 

Organizations that register after January 7, 2022, will be required to pay the registration fee within two (2) business days of their registration being approved/invoiced. Failure to pay the registration fee by the deadline will result in your registration being cancelled. 

Due to limited space each organization may bring a maximum of 3 representatives per table. Organizations bringing more than 3 representatives must purchase an additional table. 

Tax Exempt Employers must provide a valid Florida Sales Tax Exemption Certificate before your registration is approved. Email certificate to 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to All refund requests are subject to a $50 processing fee and must be received no later than 3 weeks before the date of the event. No refunds will be processed after this deadline.  If registration has been paid and the organization does not attend the Internship Fair, registration fees WILL NOT be credited toward a future Experiential Learning event.

Handshake Virtual Platform

Changes To Your Virtual Job Fair Schedule 

Changes between In-Person & Virtual: January 7, 2022, is also the change deadline for organizations to finalize the format you would like to participate in. Each format, in-person and virtual, requires resources and lead time to prepare. For extenuating circumstances please contact Experiential Learning.  

Displays/Booth for In-Person Fair 

Displays must fit within the 6ft x 30 in. table dimensions. This includes elements of the display that may extend beyond the prescribed space limitations. If more space or reps are needed, organizations must purchase an additional table.
