I am very excited to be part of the first team of Academic Advocates! I always knew I was going to work in education, but working with students in higher education has always been a passion of mine. I am Orlando native and a Floridian through and through. I earned my Associate in Arts from Valencia College, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University and Masters of Arts from UCF in Educational Leadership. I have worked at FSU, Stetson, UCF, UF, UWF, and Valencia College in Academic Advising, Housing, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Student Activities, Student Publications, and Recreational Sports. I have also taught first-year experience and leadership classes. When I am not working, I love going to Disney, catching a Broadway show, reading, and binge watching my favorite shows.
