I'm currently working on the development of a bilingualism and culture questionnaire that will be used to determine what aspects of being a second language speaker affect cognition, in order to determine more reliable ways to measure cognition and decay later in life and how to prevent this one.
Advice to aspiring undergraduate researchers:
Research is all about creativity and challenging our current knowledge to further our understanding of the world within us and around us. Explore, learn, and step outside of your comfort zone, you never know what you'll learn about yourself and the world in the process!

Note: UCF’s Student Research Council advises the Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) on programming and other efforts. Over the next few week, council members and other outstanding undergraduate researchers will be telling their stories about how they got into research and how it has benefited them.

Research is all about creativity and challenging our current knowledge to further our understanding of the world within us and around us.
