Come conduct research with UCF’s Center for Public and Nonprofit Management (CPNM)! CPNM works with hundreds of nonprofits in Central Florida, helping them build their capacity to fulfill their missions and serve their communities. The research you conduct will build on this objective through community-engaged research practices.
You will work closely with a faculty member on a related project, such as: 1) identifying solutions to decrease citations of people experiencing homelessness for non-violent activities, such as camping and panhandling; 2) how nonprofits can better use social media to support their missions; 3) what motivates people to volunteer and how do nonprofits get the most out of their volunteers?
While not directly funded, we offer the opportunity for course credit where possible and offer the potential for funded research in the future through sponsored projects.
