Student Responsibilities
Most students proofread text and/or images, while learning about interesting words and word histories. Qualified students might also help with XML markup, image creation, and/or bibliographic research. After completing an online orientation quiz, students work a minimum of an hour/week, most weeks, and check in weekly to an online discussion. We are happy to help students develop individual research projects that are related to this work.

Student Requirements
Self-motivated word-lovers with attention to detail. You work individually on your own schedule, as long as you complete tasks weekly. This year, in addition to students who can proofread text/images, we seek students to crop/merge images--we can teach you how if you are interested. After you have some experience on the project, and if you are interested, we can teach you to help with XML markup and/or bibliographic research.
