EXCEL/COMPASS microbiology project - Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences

The student(s) will observe and learn basic microbiological skills and contribute to a project studying the bacterial physiology of Clostridium difficile. This pathogen is a nosocomial pathogen that causes or contributes to colitis in health care systems globally and is difficult to eradicate from clinical settings.
