eXtended Reality & Training (XRT) Undergraduate Research Assistant (URA) - Computer Science


The eXtended Reality & Training (XRT) Lab focuses on using extended reality (XR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies to facilitate and enhance training and education through cyberlearning. URAs are expected to assist the research 10 hours a week for a minimum of one semester.

Student Responsibilities

XRT URAs will be responsible for: a) Completing required Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) programs. b) Conducting participants through Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved protocols pertaining to VR training modules. c) Helping to analyze and interpret collected study data. d) Helping to write and submit manuscripts for publication on the project.
