Mathematical Modeling in Ecology and Epidemiology - Mathematics


Mathematical models will be applied to understand population dymics in a heterogeneous environment. The possible applications include protection for migration salmonid and oyster reef restoration in ecology, and spatial spread and control of infectious diseases such as measles and recent ebola virus infection.
