We have a number of UAVs in our lab, many which are custom made. We are looking for students interested in building, programming, or flying the UAV for research projects.
If you have a part 107a license, great! If not, we will provide time for you to study for the exam, however, we will not be able to fund the exam fee.
Students who have worked in this role previously have gone on to internships and jobs with UAVs companies or started their own company!

If building UAVs, prior experience building RC models or working with electronics is required (esp. soldiering skills). If programming UAVs, then programming skills are required.
