Student is needed to contribute to the design, building and operation of ROME (Rapid Orbit Motion Emulator) in the astrodynamics and space robotics laboratory (ASRL) at the MAE department. The student is expected to work 10 hr/wk and the project spans several semesters.

- Mechanical Design of the platform - Experiments and simulations for orbit motion emulation and on orbit servicing missions. - Research in the areas of inverse kinematics, dynamics and control.

Student Requirements
Interest in robotics, dynamics and control. Goof knowledge of Arduino and Raspberry Pi hardware. Knowledge of MATLAB.
